At VAER Watches, we want you to be fully satisfied with your timepiece. If your watch isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.
Package Your Watch
Securely place the watch, original straps, and documentation inside the VAER presentation box and pack it into a shipping container.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
